Hi
A few weeks ago my email stopped working and I was unable to log in either webmail or my iphone. After a few days my email started working again except whenever I send an email via my iphone it just dissappears and doesnt end up in my sent folder. Same problem if I want to save a draft email and that completely dissappears too. If I send emails (or save drafts) from webmail on my laptop generally they are saved. Also on my iphone email I seem to have duplicate esent and other folders which I can't access. Anyone got any ideas ?

Looks like the best solution is to delete the email accounts from the devices. Set up afresh as an IMAP email account on each device that will then synchronise your mailbox across all devices so that sent messages whether from webmail or a device email will appear in the online Sent folder, drafts in the Drafts folder etc.
