E Mail POP3 encryption setting e mail from TT; Please reset

I have several onetel/ ukgateway e mail accounts; they are configured to the
new required security settings.

Currently on just one [onetel], pop3 doesn't work, but webmail continues OK.

Can this e mail account be reset to restore POP3 functionality??

The one not working, is in my profile., PRIVATE NOTES.
