Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

I understand from the other posts that if I was insecurely accessing my emails previous to 17th Feb then my account has been blocked to these devices. How do I get it unblocked? I have changed my email password and everything is set up properly on my laptop and phone. Thanks in advance!

Both devices are capable of secure settings.
You've turned down the offer to check those settings.
I'll request TalkTalk restore full access and TalkTalk Support will respond right here.

Thanks, I'm confident I have the right settings, WIndows 10 laptop with Thunderbird and a Samsung S10 using the Samsung email app.
Do I have to do anything else to get Talk Talk to unblock the account?

Your account isn't blocked - you have access via webmail.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.
Devices are blocked because at least one service or device has connected to your mailbox using insecure settings. So, for your devices:
What model laptop, operating system, email software and email version?
What model phone, operating system, email software and email version?
Asking just so we can run a check on compatibility with secure mail.
Is there any other mail collection service connecting to your mailbox, desktop, other laptop, notebook, tablet, other phone? All must use secure settings from now on.
If the two devices are the only methods of connecting to your mailbox, other than webmail that is secure by design, the offer is here to check the incoming and outgoing server settings for you. Which means you'll have confidence that when TalkTalk Support restore access, that I can request for you, that the system won't detect another insecure setting and notify you that there's a permanent withdrawal of device access.
Take screenshots of the server settings, image edit to obscure the first part of your email address and upload here using the camera icon (desktop browser) picture icon (mobile browser) above this Reply area.
