Hi,
I'm on the TalkTalk 150 service and have been for a few years and up until late last night all has been very good with minimal issues.
Last night we lost all internet to our house and as anyone would normally try the big old switch off for 15-20 seconds and the back on again, this would normally sort any issue out.
Not this time unfortunately. I logged a fault check via TalkTalk MyAccount and was told that a problem has been detected that could indicate a problem with the Router and given further suggested help.
I've followed all the instructions, powering off the router and OpenReach modem for 20 minutes and hard reset via the small button on the back (30 seconds holding) of the router but still the same result and the orange light on the front just continually flashing with no change or internet. The router also does not show up on any device when finding WiFi networks likes it previously had done.
I've managed to get an old TP-Link Wifi Router up and running connected to the Openreach MT992 Modem to give me internet access so that proves the fibre connection to the house and the Openreach router is all working OK.
Anyone got any more ideas? I've been on the Support Chatbot thingy for the past two hours with no-one available to help at the moment.
