Hi,

I was receiving my Broadband through Shell.  Talk talk have now take them over.

I was paying TalkTalk £5 per month to keep my E mail address.  With the take over do I still have to pay the the £5 per month???

So this is your Talktalk email address from previously being a Talktalk customer but left, so retained at £5.00 monthly, and now you are back.

As a current customer, you wouldn't normally have to pay the extra, @Airwolf1.

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk landline number or account number in Personal Information.

In Private Notes, at the end of that section, add the specific email address.

SAVE CHANGES.

Staff may be able to add this manually for you to your My Account  - I don't think you can do this yourself as there's an issue with mailboxes in there.

Please wait for staff to reach your thread in the queue.
