Has anyone had the problem of all messages going to junk folder. Only on contacting support, was to add sender to my allow list. Which having done so, they still go to my junk folder. So if you know of a solution would be most grateful

Try setting up a rule such as mail from X send to folder y.
Search the help function within webmail for details on settings up rules.
