I am using the correct password, yet the login says that it's not correct.
I've been forced to try the reset password, but that doesn't work either. (No link received on alternative email account (used in main account).
Nothing has changed on my account recently, it's just stopped working.

@StevenBrennan, for Talktalk staff to identify your account, please complete your community forum profile details.
Go via your avatar; settings; in Personal Information add your Talktalk phone number or account number.
Further down that section, in Private Notes, add the affected email address. SAVE CHANGES.
@Ayrgirl, please only follow up on your own thread. That will help avoid any confusion between accounts and customers in the replies.
Staff are on here Monday to Friday during business hours.

I’m having the same problem - started yesterday. Currently waiting on a callback back.
