Since my computer updated I have not been able to access talktalk emails. i can access my account on talktalk and sign in, but cannot get into my emails. I have reset my router, still no joy. everything else works, but not emails. Just keep getting that annoying circle thing.

Hi ken23901, I take it this means that you're using Outlook. What happens if you log in to TalkTalk webmail in your browser?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi @ken23901 thanks for the info about you computer updating, from what to what?

Any chance that the update is the only thing that has changed and is beyond the control of Talktalk?
