I'm nearly at the end of the 2 year free use of my email addresses with TalkTalk. I want to keep my email addresses. Will I be contacted to pay a monthly fee? and if so when?

I've been trying to sort this out for most of yesterday and again this morning. When I try to follow the instructions to sign up for Mail Plus it tells me that either the email address or password of my account is wrong. No one on the SMS, phone line or (pointless 'cos it doesn't transfer you from the bot) chat has been able to help me sort this out. I have a tiscali email domain name, which may or may not be significant depending on who I talk to and I was advised to phone the payment hotline for help which is entirely automated. Beyond frustrated ATM.

@nomfezeko-TT, should @Josh0987890 subscribe to MailPlus or use the new system whereby ex Broadband customers have to pay Everymail [OX] directly?

Hi there @Josh0987890. If you're nearing the end of your two-year free email service with TalkTalk, you will need to take action to retain your email addresses. TalkTalk does not automatically contact customers to inform them about the transition to a paid service, so it's important to be proactive.
To keep your TalkTalk email addresses after your free period ends, you will need to subscribe to TalkTalk Mail Plus, which costs £5 per month or £50 per year if paid upfront. This service allows you to retain access to your email addresses even after you cancel your broadband service with TalkTalk.
If you do not subscribe to TalkTalk Mail Plus, you will lose access to your email addresses once your broadband service ends. It's advisable to make your decision before the end of your free period to ensure you don't lose any important emails or contacts.
For further assistance, please never hesitate to get back to us.
