Hi there,
There is a website which I know is trustworthy and emails from that domain that are being blocked from getting through to my home network. When I'm on 4G or a different wifi network all is okay. How can I release this domain from being blocked?

Hey Keith - thanks for taking the time to reply. I had checked that and it was not switched on. I ended up factory resetting my router (which was a very long and frustrating job to get re set up) and fingers crossed, that has cleared the gremlin.

Have you tried turning KidsSafe off in MyAccount?
