In TalkTalk Mail the attachments are shown just above the main content of the mail message. There's a paperclip icon followed by the number of attachments and a down arrow to show/unshow the attachment details.
In desktop browser mode there are links to View and Download attachments and a toggle switch to view the attachment as an image.
In mobile browser mode, tap the down arrow to show the attachment details and tap on those and you'll get an Actions menu to View or Download the attachment.
A screenshot from you would be good to see what you see. Image edit to obscure any personal details and upload here using the camera or picture icon above this Reply area.
