Email downloads

Recently email attachments have started to appear in the body of the email. Clicking on VIEW gives a black screen, clicking on DOWNLOAD gives nothing. There used to be a download icon on the top right hand of my iPad which is now missing. How can I download attachments now please?

In TalkTalk Mail the attachments are shown just above the main content of the mail message. There's a paperclip icon followed by the number of attachments and a down arrow to show/unshow the attachment details.

In desktop browser mode there are links to View and Download attachments and a toggle switch to view the attachment as an image.

In mobile browser mode, tap the down arrow to show the attachment details and tap on those and you'll get an Actions menu to View or Download the attachment.
