Hi My wife hasn't been able to access her emails since September via Outlook on her laptop. I deleted the account and reinstalled it. Emails coming through fine now. But her multiple saved folders have disappeared and send /receive dialogue in Outlook is stuck for 20 minutes on Synchronizing subfolders She has had a problem for months with emails coming through only sporadically on her pc iphone and ipad. I'm not Mr Popular at present as I seem to have lost her email folders. Assistance would be greatly appreciated!
