Email Folder Contents

I access my Tiscali email account via Webmail.

My security software package is SOPHOS premium.

I have multible email folders covering numerous topics.

I have just discovered that the subfolders and associated content have disappeared from 2 of my main folders. I'm getting "This folder is empty".

What concerns me is that these folders are labelled "Banks" and the other "Insurance".

Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi KD123, TalkTalk don'r move the emails in customer folders so we need to take a quick look at what might have happened. Please send me a personal message with the affected email address.
