Have not received any emails from Tesco re order confirmations, changes to orders or refunds since 28.01.25. Tesco customer service say problem is TalkTalk technical issue & you are aware/sorting. I have done all usual checks etc as recommended by TalkTalk. Please ask your tech to check my account and explain why this is a problem & when they will resolve issue. Thanks
Just noticed 'Ady staff' seems very helpful; any chance they could speed things up & re[ply to my post with information & action taken?
