The tv remote controller is a v1 type and the 1 button stop working , Can i Have anew box and remote controller please and What deals are you doing on contract packages as i may need to renew package to get tv box

TalkTalk no longer provide recordable boxes, only the TV Hub, which provides live TV and catchup apps.

 

There are no longer any supplies of replacement remotes either, but you can purchase replacements on eBay. Any TalkTalk YouView remote should work with your box.

Recordable freeview boxes from Manhattan are available which offer recording capability as is the BT/ EE probox which can be sought from CEX and is a YouView variant.
