I have no service whatsoever since yesterday afternoon. Six hours on live chat and still not resolved. They chat rep did something remotely that stopped service, now can’t even speak to human being. How will you resolve?

All tests are clear, no issues showing from here. A new router was dispatched yesterday and is on the way so that hardware can be ruled out.

@WiseM, staff are not usually on here past 5pm, if that, though they do start the working day around breakfast time.
The last staff reply gave the impression that the testing would be immediate, I know. It is worth checking back in the morning.

Is anything happening at all with this issue? Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Nothing has been resolved I still have no connection and no communication from anyone. It’s disgusting.

Yes I am. They did all this yesterday and still didn’t resolve. I’ve wasted 6 hours on message chat and still have no connection or resolution. Please sort this out urgently as it is down to your staff error.

It’s totally out now. It was just dropping out then a staff member on chat did something remotely and now it doesn’t work at all. Have had no service since yesterday
