nobody is able to email me
but can log in online

OK, the fact that you can sign in to the mailbox via webmail indicates it exists but the TT506 indicates the address does not exist so no mail can be delivered to your mailbox Inbox.
I know that some users had their mailboxes barred for security as well as having IMAP access withdrawn.
So, I'll put my diagnosis to Ady and ask that as well as having IMAP access restored the mailbox barring is removed.

I Sent an email to test-mail@talktalk.net there was no auto-response in the inbox.
Here is the return error and TT code
Reported error: 550 5.1.1 NZoapUx3EOzNu Recipient Invalid (TT506)

There's a bit of a delay getting mailboxes back in action so it's probably because the access is not fully restored yet.
However, you ought to see mail messages in the webmail Inbox unless the mailbox has been suspended for security reasons.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in. Do you get signed in without an error message appearing? Compose and send a message to test-mail@talktalk.net and the message should be seen in the Sent objects folder and an auto-response arrive in and stay in the Inbox.
There are some further checks you can make.
So first you'd check if the email address is still active. Send the email address a mail message and see if you get an immediate bounceback error message saying 'Undeliverable' that means the mailbox isn't active or make a note of the error message and TT error code that should indicate what's happening.
Then enter the email address at Verifalia, an external website that verifies if an email address exists. Enter the email address, complete the reCAPTCHA and select the Validate button. Does the top line response say 'Deliverable' or something else?
Finally, use the Reset password now button in the Help page Changing your email password to see if you get a deleted or no domain error message or if you actually do have password recovery options saved.
Let us know the outcome in each case.

But I'm afraid today, anyone trying to email my address.
It says ' wasn't found at talktalk.net '

TalkTalk Support will be alerted. It's likely that your mailbox has been limited to webmail only access because there have been connections to the mailbox using insecure settings. It's important that all connections use secure mail settings.
Other than the iPhone (guide added below) are there any other ways you see your emails? Other phone, tablet, notebook, desktop or mail collection service? We need to know device, operating system, email software version etc to be able to advise you fully.
Check you can access the mailbox via webmail.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.
Prepare for TalkTalk Support - include in the Community Profile (not in these public posts):
Account holder name, TalkTalk home 'phone number (if not Data Only broadband)
Alternative mobile contact number. Full address with postcode (in the Location box)
Scroll down to Private notes to add the customer email address and account number
Check and Save changes
