Hi BrenM, as your mailbox is working on multiple other devices the mailbx must be ok. The problem has to be the setup on the nokia. Remove it all and readd the mail account on the nokia. Double check the username and password boxes ensure there are no spaces and make sure the full stops are full stops etc. It's easy to make a simple mistake.

Which email client are you using?
Is it when you input the password it fails?
Have you tried another programme such as Thunderbird?

Have tried the settings without any joy. Also tried Talktalk assistance but got the run around 3 times so I know that's a waste of time.

Yes I am using the settings that are advised. IMAP , SSL/TLS Port 993. These work on my tablet and my old Huawei phone but the message I get is "Couldn't open connection to server"

When you say you can't get email, do you mean you can't set it up or that having set it up you are unable to receive emails? Can you send?
Have you checked the email settings are correct?
