Hi, as I no longer have a talktalk account, my email addresses are to be transferred. I have 2 email accounts but the subscribe button only shows 1 of them. The same happens if I log into the other account. How can I transfer the 2 together please?

That's what I was hoping for. Keeping 2 email addresses and using Everymail to access them.

Hi, Yes, that's right. I have been accessing both accounts in Outlook

@Boscat, can you confirm that you have never used Mailplus, so simply had old email addresses working on webmail since leaving Talktalk?

So you are wondering whether the two addresses can simply be linked to ONE account, @Boscat ?

Particularly as just one account can hold up to 5 addresses.

Hope that's clearer now for staff. They'll be back on here c 8am - 6pm tomorrow.

No, changed providers 3 years ago. Talktalk contacted me in June to say I have to move my emails to their Everymail company by the end of July and pay a fee. Which is ok, but I can't figure out how to register both addresses to one subscription. It says I can have up to 5 addresses per subcription?

I have the same issue. I was a talktalk broadband user for 15+ years and used 4 email addresses. I then switched to a different broadband supplier to use full fibre and I had to open a talktalk mail plus account in order to continue using my talktalk email addresses at a cost of £5 per month. Initially, they were wanting to create 4 mail plus accounts (1 for each email address) charging £5 per month for each of them making a total of £20 per month. This was in spite of the fact that each mail plus account can have 5 email addresses. After months of battling with support, their technical support department manually linked the accounts together. I could never see what they had actually done because the "my account" section would either not work or when it eventually did work, there was no mailbox manager that showed your linked email addresses like there was when I was a broadband user, and like there is now in the everymail "my account" mailbox manager section.

I looked at the everymail mailbox manager and it only shows 1 email address, the other 3 are not shown. So I tried to add one of my existing email addresses and it came up with unknown error. If I create a brand new email address it works OK, so the problem is you cannot add an existing talktalk address. This to me implies that the transfer process from talktalk email to everymail email is where the issue is. The talktalk linked email addresses are not being created in the transferred everymail account. So consequently I am now being told that I will have to pay £5 for each email address being transferred to everymail - ie £20 per month which is exactly the same position I was in when I transitioned from talktalk broadmand to talkatlk mail plus account.

Talk talk need to modify their transfer process to transfer all linked email addresses too along with the main email address so that they show up in the everymail mailbox manager. Alternatively, the everymail mailbox manager needs to be modified to allow a further option to add an existing talktalk email account and inform talktalk not to delete any details relating to it which they are saying they will do.

I hope this helps. I am currently trying to get this issue resolved with talktalk transferring all linked email accounts as well as the main email account.

I have already spent days trying to get it sorted and I will let you know if i get any further.

So currently you do not have an active broadband with TalkTalk?

Thanks for coming back to me. I'm transferring my emails to your Everymail but don't know how to combine the 2 as it states I can have up to 5. Ideally, I don't want to have 2 subscriptions. I had 2 Talktalk broadband accounts for many years before switching suppliers about 3 years ago. Any suggestions please?

Hey there, @Boscat. You have to email accounts that you want us to add for you. But you do not have currently an active broadband account with us? is that correct.
