Well @fr8ys, what we are waiting for from @Ronny101 is to confirm some few details with us that I have asked privately before we are to complete the webform with him. This is apart from the information they have provided.

@kanya-TT not sure what info you are waiting for from @Ronny101 as they said initially they have the required info in their profile and private notes as was agreed procedure, for the Webform to be completed.

 

Admittedly @Divsec and I can't see this info, but the customer does say it's available for you to process.
