Hi Ya how do i do that?
i do have allowed filters but no blocked filters so i don't understand what you mean. sorry.

I understand @Pash02 In your TalkTalk Mail settings, check if there are any filters or rules that might be affecting outgoing emails. Sometimes, rules can inadvertently block or redirect emails.

Hi ya
Its still not solved my issue,
The written content of the two emails were the same that's all.
I Copied and pasted the written content from one of the bounced emails to the two test emails and then sent them from my email client and webmail to my G mail that's all.

Perfect! Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Hi ya
I have just sent the exact same e mail from the web mail and my desktop outlook client and both hit my Gmail account.
Thanks

Since you mentioned that emails sent from Gmail are not bouncing back, try sending a test email from your TalkTalk webmail to a different email address (like your Gmail) to see if it goes through. This can help determine if the issue is specific to Outlook.

On the screenshot you have provided shows that it is outlook, can you clear your browsing history or use a different browser and log in using webmail and let me know if you still unable to send the email.

Hi @Pash02 I am here to help, can you confirm if you are using WebMail or a 3rd Party to send the email?
