Emails from Virgin not arriving

My sister emails my lineone account often from @yahoo.co.uk. Today she emailed me from @virgin.net and the emails never arrived, I have checked on web mail and they are not in spam. She also sent them to my sky.com email with out a problem

 

Is is a short term glitch for now or a general problem ?

They started comming through yestrerday just after lunch.

Hi kdp999, I've asked the email and security teams to check on the cause of this. I suspect from the number of generally safe senders affected that spam is the cause on this occasion leading to some changes.

Yes, , my sister emailed me from virgin to lineone and sky emails, only sky was received, I have replied to the email from Michelle and also forwarded the email that arrived at my sky a/c
