Hi,
others have listed on this forum that they have sent emails which end up in recipients spam/junk folders. I have the same problem and have raised this entry so that I can be added to list of people to be kept informed as and when this issue is resolved. My email address, talktalk phone number and account number are all included in my profile.
Most recent examples include emails sent to gmail addresses but I have also had the issue when sending to some, but not all, talktalk email addresses.
I use "eM Client" as my email client.

Thank you for the information, please note that this is a known issue affecting Gmail and Hotmail. Google and Microsoft are working with TalkTalk to find a solution.

Yes....there is still an issue
I have 2 talktalk email addresses and 1 gmail address so yesterday, as a test following a failure to contact a friend on gmail, I tried sending from both of my talktalk email addresses to my gmail address. They both ended up in my gmail spam folder.
When I opened the messages in the spam folder in Gmail it gave me the option to "Report as not spam". I did this for the one which had come from my primary talktalk email address, then sent another email from there and it was fine i.e. went into gmail inbox rather than spam.
I have repeated this today i.e. sent emails from my primary and secondary talktalk email addresses to my gmail address. The one from the primary address went to inbox but the one from the secondary address which I am yet to "report as not spam" in gmail went to my Gmail spam folder.
So, this still leaves me in the position of having to check with every gmail recipient to whom I want to send an email to get them to check their spam folder and mark as not spam in order to receive subsequent emails.......clearly not ideal !
Hope that helps.
