Emails not being received

I have tried sending talktalk emails to my husband who also has talktalk email but he is not receiving them.

i tried sending myself a test message and it’s in the Sent box but it has not been received in the Inbox.

I have sent a test message from my outlook email account to my talktalk email account and it’s arrived but nothing from my talktalk email to my talktalk email!
