I understand that this seems like we going in circles but trust these checks help identify what might be causing the issue so we're able tom have it fixed.
Let me know how are you accessing your email service. Are you using the TalkTalk webmail (https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite) or using an App or Program from your device?

You asked me to do this yesterday, and I reported that I had asked someone to reply to an email I'd sent them, and they confirmed it had been received.
So this test check has already been done.
Seems like we might be going round in a circle.

If I'm not receiving emails, how do I contact the people who might have sent me emails? I can't possibly know what emails are being sent to me if I'm NOT receiving emails!

You can speak to people who recently sent you emails and those you've sent emails recently.

I want you to speak to the email sender and confirm if they were able to send the email successfully or are they seeing error message when sending it.
Is the email sent successfully by the sender?

Yes I can send emails and they appear in my sent folder. I haven't received any undeliverable notices, but then if I'm not receiving emails I may not receive undeliverable messages either.

I started this thread yesterday and today the problem continues. It's clear from other posts that I am not the only one affected, so could Talktalk confirm what is being done to fix things?
