Emails not coming through

Hi, I have had a couple of incidences where someone has replied to my email and I have not received it at my talktalk.net address.  They do not get bounce backs so they assume it has been sent.  I have had to chase.  They are not in my spam folder.  I do not have anything in my rules.  I am not sure why.  The first one was a travel insurance company, then a school one and now this week a childcare provider.  Please help as I am worried I will miss further emails.

Ok, thanks for checking.  I just wanted to make sure nothing odd was going on with my privacy settings.

The admin email has sent 45 email to TT in the last week and 43 were accepted. They're not being blocked by us.

Hi Ivgooner, please add the sending and receiving addresses in private notes in your community profile. I can then run a check for blocked mail over the last 7 days.
