I am trying to access emails via google browser and getting this message when checking the account settings:
"The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by the provider. Please change them."
I have looked on talk talk website and cannot find any information with new authentication details. This is affecting access from my phone as well as I use google browser.
I did try changing imap to mail.talktalk.net but this hasn't worked.
This started yesterday and I have been unable to see any emails for at least 24 hours.

This took a while to fix the last time so I'm not expecting a speedy response, but I'll post whatever I get back.

Hi Ady, I am getting the message "the login data to access the email server mail.talk.talk.net seems to wrong. Please correct them.
Do you still recommend resetting my password and by that do you mean change it? If so where would I do this please?

Where do I add private notes?
I've been having a nightmare getting in touch as I couldn't remember my login but because I am not receiving emails I couldn't request a reset of password for the community account I already hold so had to set up a new one with a different email address.
If I add the email addresses to private notes are you going to investigate for me?

The error message relates to added secondary TalkTalk email accounts that are added to a primary email login to a TalkTalk Mail mailbox.
Unfortunately the re-authentication of the secondary added TalkTalk mailbox encrypted password is failing again. It's a fault condition. TalkTalk are aware of this issue. Please put your main email address and the secondary addresses in your Community profile Private Notes box.
