Hi. I'm unable to access mail in Chrome on my laptop via the TalkTalk main site, but the rest of the site works fine.
When I click on 'Mail' I just get the page attached below with a laptop/cactus with the message 'Connection Error. Service Not Available Right Now' and the retry button just sends me back there. It's been at least 2 weeks since I noticed this issue.
When I spoke to the tech department they told me it was a 3rd party issue, suggested I call Google and that I needed to access my email via Edge, which does work, but I don't use, or want to use Edge.
Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Do a full browser reset to clear history, cache and cookies. That action will also unload any extensions including ad-blockers and tracker blockers that are preventing the necessary save of cookies that are required as part of the authentication for sign in and use of TalkTalk Mail.
You'll be ok after those simple steps. There is an additional tip regarding auto logins because the auto login can associate an incorrect password so its worth manually entering the password to get signed in.

I have emptied the cache btw, but that didn't help.
