Error message: IMAP Server refuses to import one or more email message

What does this error message, mean?   What is the fix?

Sorry, I'm new to how to operate within the Community and not always on-line.  That was on TT Webmail [TT app suite] on a Dell compute using Microsoft.  I can't send picture as it gives discloses a name.  Thanks for your interest.

I don't recognise that as a genuine TalkTalk Mail platform error message.

What's the real error message and what device and email software are you using when you see such an error message?
