I have tried to log into my email and got the following message
'User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)'
Can my email be reactivated?

Has your mailbox just been migrated to the new platform?
Try a different browser.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
