I'm a former TalkTalk broadband customer and I've retained my old email addresses (there are two of them, one of which I've had for more than 25 years so I want to make sure I keep them).
I've had absolutely no emails about the migration to Everymail, on either email address. I onlu know about it from what I've read about it on here.
When I go to Everymail and click subscribe I get asked to enter my email address then get taken to my mail inbox.
Do I need to do anything?

Hi there @Hadders_1, thank you for reaching out. Communication is being sent out in segments. Inactive Orphan customers which are customers that no longer use their TalkTalk email accounts or have a broadband account with us, are still to be sent out communication to migrate pay for their email)
