Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

I'm a former TalkTalk broadband customer and I've retained my old email addresses (there are two of them, one of which I've had for more than 25 years so I want to make sure I keep them).
I've had absolutely no emails about the migration to Everymail, on either email address. I onlu know about it from what I've read about it on here.
When I go to Everymail and click subscribe I get asked to enter my email address then get taken to my mail inbox.
Do I need to do anything?
on 24-10-2025 09:09 AM
No there isn't an option to subscribe.
on 24-10-2025 08:46 AM
Hi there @Hadders_1 Just to confirm do you see a subscribe option available?
on 24-10-2025 12:33 AM
Just a further nudge on this as FAQs suggest accounts will be closed on 31st October if you haven't subscribed.
I've still not received any information from TalkTalk or Everymail about the migration. As things stand my email, both inbound and outbound, is working normally and I want this to continue.
Please can you confirm what I need to do to subscribe to Everymail.

Thanks for the update. Just concerned that the FAQs on the Everymail website says that anyone who hasn't subscribed by 31st October will have their accounts closed.

Thank you so much for the support @Gliwmaeden2
Hi there @Hadders_1 The last update provided was for those customers who have not yet received any comms, regarding the migration or subscribing to Everymail, need to wait for communication from us advising so. Until then your email services should work just fine.
on 12-10-2025 10:51 AM
I'll re-escalate this for you - as a former Broadband user you will need to sign up with Everymail, so it is getting urgent.
on 12-10-2025 10:03 AM
Just givin this a nudge as I still haven't received any communication about paying for Everymail email. At the moment my email is working normally, but I don't want to have any issues and Everymail's FAQs say that accounts will be terminated if you haven't subscribed by 31st October.

Just giving this s nudge as I still don't have an update....
on 23-07-2025 10:02 AM
That's fine but can you assure me that my email service will continue to work as normal next week.

Is there any update yet?
I've still not had any communication about subscribing to Everymail.

My @Tinyworld.co.uk email address is in daily use and I've received absolutely no communication about this. I only know about it because of what I've read on here.
As I understand it, I won't be able to send email from next week, so how do I resolve this before then?
on 21-07-2025 04:37 PM
Active email users have been sent communication to sign up to Everymail. Inactive users are still yet to be sent communication. Email accounts will be closed on the 31st of October 2025.

Ok thanks for the update. I'm concious that these changes are due to go-live in less than a week's time so time is getting very tight. I don't want any interruption to my service.
My email is certainly not inactive, it's used every day so it seems strange that I haven't received anything yet.
