Everymail Migration

I'm a former TalkTalk broadband customer and I've retained my old email addresses (there are two of them, one of which I've had for more than 25 years so I want to make sure I keep them).

I've had absolutely no emails about the migration to Everymail, on either email address.  I onlu know about it from what I've read about it on here.

When I go to Everymail and click subscribe I get asked to enter my email address then get taken to my mail inbox.

Do I need to do anything?

Hi @JonL1 To get help, you must start your own thread. To create your own thread, go to the main page for the board in question & click the "Start a topic" button.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've been using Everymail for three months without charge despite never having had any emails from yourselves about the migration. I try to subscribe and it just brings me back to talktalk webmail. Now Everymail has stopped working and when I ask them how I subscribe they tell me to speak to you. I've had my email address for 25 years too, and cannot lose it. Please help.

Okay thank you, the migrations are being done in batches by the looks of things you were not part of the batch that has already migrated. As long as your emails are still functioning that is no issue you most probably included in the next batch.

No. I am a former TT customer and have retained my email address.

At various points in the past TT have said they were going to charge, I’d even set up a direct debit but no charges were ever taken.

Just to confirm were you paying for the mail service with TalkTalk?

Hello, thanks for reaching out.

My email is working normally at the moment but I’ve still not had any request for payment.

If you are able to sign in to Everymail and manage both your emails there, that means your account has already been migrated over to them, i will have to find out why you have not been billed yet.

I've never received an email about subscribing - look at the opening post in this thread that is from July.

I have been trying to subscribe since then.  Clearly there is something not right about how you've got my account set up.  I need your help in escalating this to get it resolved.

The subscribe option should have came with the link that was sent to your email account notifying you of the change and the steps you need to follow. If you are already migrated then you would need to follow the steps provided on the link below.

I can see my other email account in there but still no option to subscribe.

Thank you for the screenshot, are you able to manage or see your other Email account there?

I can sign in through everymail.com/sign-in using my tinyworld email address and password

I then get my email inbox which is TalkTalk branded - see screenshot below

If you are able to sign in to Everymail that means your account has already been migrated over to them, however i am trying to find out why you have not been billed yet. Kindly bear with me as i investigate this for you.

Just to confirm you are able to sign into your account via Everymail and manage your emails from there?

The screenshot I posted below is what I get when I sign into my account via everymail.com/support  Is there another way I should be signing-in to see account details and subscription options?

I first raised this issue back in July, I do not want to be in a position next week where my email ceases to function.  I am willing to subscribe but it seems there's no way for me to do so.

The last update we received was if you have not received any communication to subscribe you will need to wait until we have sent it out to you. I would also advise please try subscribing from Everymail's website directly and check if it allows you.
