Everymail problems

I've not received an email as a former customer of broadband with Talk Talk.

I need this in order to keep my email address via everymail when I've subscribed.

Very concerned that I will lose all my emails and data by the end of this month (October 2025) Can you assure me that these issues will be resolved and I will not lose my emails and data?

Your email will still function up until you given the ending date were you will have to subscribe to Everymail.

Since you have recently left TalkTalk you will be unable to subscribe, the team is currently working on sending out communication to all customers that have recently left so that you can be able to subscribe.

@CrazyDaisy18 please answer, do you still have an active broadband account with TalkTalk or if cancelled as @Gliwmaeden2 has asked when did you leave?

Customers may leave Talktalk any time, so ongoing the system allows you 30 days' use of the email address after leaving, @CrazyDaisy18.

That system will remain in place long after 31st October.

When did you leave Talktalk?

The advice remains to wait for an email with a link for setting up with Everymail.

Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.
