Existing broadband customer but email sending blocked

My email sending is blocked, I only get the option to subscribe to the new service by paying with no information how to link my broadband but I was told that this was automatic before the new service was implemented. Please could you advise how I make this work

Thank you for bearing with me, checking into the private notes, I can see there is only one email address. Could you please tell me if you've previously had a TalkTalk account (disconnected account) and if so, kindly confirm if the email address on the private notes was linked to that account.

I think that I've updated all of the information yesterday that is in the link you sent me above but my talktalk.net email is still unable to send. Please could you advise what are the next steps
