Existing full fibre customer being asked to pay for email accounts

Hi I upgraded from broadband to full fibre 900 about a year ago but I have now received several emails telling me I have to pay for my emails before the 28 July surely as an existing customer I'm entitled to a free email account cheers fenetian

@siphosethu-TT I understood you can add up to 5 TalkTalk and legacy emails.

 

maybe you need to do a webform for each one. The forum manager should be able to advise you on this.

Please complete your profile and place the email addresses in your private notes field.

 

I will remove them from open view for security as you should never place personal information on an open forum as scammers are known to harvest details this way.
