Emails from xxxxxx are being filtered out before they reach my account. I want to receive these emails. How do I get the filter updated to allow them through?

@VNetherwood, your post displayed two genuine email addresses in the illustration, which I have removed, and an email address could be construed from what you posted as the sender's address. I removed that too.
You are better putting sensitive information details in the Private Notes area of Personal Information, in your community profile. It's accessed via your avatar, settings, etc.....SAVE CHANGES.
Staff respond during the day, Monday to Friday.
