I'm not a TalkTalk Broadband customer, but do pay £50 a year to keep my Tiscali email address. In June, I had an email saying I need to swap to Everymail, which I'm happy to do but I haven't had a subsequent email including the link to enable me to do this. I'm worried about this as 8th September is next week, and I don't want to be shut out of my emails. Could the link be resent to me, please? I tried doing all this via your Chatbot but went round and round in circles. So all help would be vey gratefully received.

Hi there @ClaireTraill , thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this to our attention. As you have mentioned you pay £50 a year, you do not need to subscribe to Every mail, what we can do, we can fill in a form for you so you stop receiving these emails. Let me have a look into the account so we can have this sorted for you.
