Can anyone help please. My broadband has now transferred over to Utility Warehouse and received emails with regards to this.

However I have had no communication with regards to my email account migrating to everymail.

I still have access to talktalk webmail.  Will I definitely be migrated at some point and if so will I be contacted beforehand.

Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for getting in touch @davidjames76.

As @fr8ys  correctly mentioned, when a customer’s broadband service moves to another provider, such as Utility Warehouse, there is usually a grace period during which your TalkTalk email will continue to function as normal. This is why you still have access to TalkTalk Webmail at the moment.

We are carrying out regular checks for email accounts that are no longer linked to an active TalkTalk broadband service. When your email address is identified as part of this process, you will be contacted in advance with clear instructions before any changes are made.

In the meantime, you can continue using your TalkTalk email as usual.

If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know. We’re here to help.

Thank you so much for that, not been able to find the right info up to now.

The annoying thing is I didn't choose to leave talktalk, in fact a big reason in remaining loyal was retaining my email address 😫

When customers leave TalkTalk there is usually a grace period regarding email.

I understand there will be regular sweeps for what TalkTalk call orphan email accounts and at that time you will be contacted with instructions on next steps.

In the meantime you can continue to use your email accounts, but may wish to consider transferring your email over to a free account such as Gmail or Hotmail to reduce reliance on what is likely to become a paid for service.
