Emails from xxxxxx are being filtered out before they reach my account. I want to receive these emails. How do I get the filter updated to allow them through?

These emails are not in any of my folders. As per attached image they are rejected before they reach my account with error code 512

Thanks for letting me know. Regularly check your spam or junk folder for the missing emails. If you find them there, mark them as "Not Spam" or "Move to Inbox" to help train the filter.

I access emails on my phone and desktop web browser. There is no problem receiving emails from other senders

I a not able to access these emails. That is the problem that i am trying to resolve. They bounce back to the sender with the error code attached
