Please explain why I am getting stopped using my emails by a notice appearing: final notice:  I pay  TalkTalk £24. MOnthly for broadband so what Have I to pay this subscription for?

Hi there @Helendempsey, please note that this was an error so what I will do is take you through a form to correct this as you have an active broadband account. I'll send you a private message so we can get started okay. Thanks

Make sure that your personal information details are complete so that staff are sure of your current My Account and add all email addresses from older account(s) in Private Notes. SAVE CHANGES.
