Please explain why I am getting stopped using my emails by a notice appearing: final notice: I pay TalkTalk £24. MOnthly for broadband so what Have I to pay this subscription for?

You may have missed this notice, @Helendempsey:
Make sure that your personal information details are complete so that staff are sure of your current My Account and add all email addresses from older account(s) in Private Notes. SAVE CHANGES.
