Since moving house and being issued a new number, I have not been able to dial out on my landline. I have had an engineer visit and he said nothing wring with equipment, he would get OpenReach on the case. I then reported it again last week on live chat and was told that a manager would contact me to resolve in the next 3 business days, that was the deadline yesterday and no call back from a manager. I have the transcript of the conversation. I really want to change provider if TalkTalk aren't going to get it fixed pronto.
