Went live on 6th Jan, Phone line never worked. No calls in or out.. contacted on chat and calls, several times over last 3weeks. Had several engineers out.. Finally told that the line has been deceased, Need to contact Talktalk and ask for line to be ceased & reappointed. Spent hours trying to do that yesterday, went round and round from department to department, got nowhere.. Bill was taken on 15th even though i haven't received full service, and charged for call I can't make?? .. Tried again today after call from customer service Manger, Who agreed what the engineers notes said on the file... Got passed around again, for 4hours, put on hold then another person answered, asked what i needed help with, I explained, then was told they would make whole new account, done 2 credit checks and was told it would be sorted in 3-4 working days. Just had email to say its going live on the 10Th Feb... terrible customer service.
