I have an old homecall email. The last time I accessed I saw that it had been hacked. Now I can't access it all. Are you able to advise please as to how I can access and if possible have this email account closed. Thanks

Hi @NZ Mitch
If you're a TalkTalk Consumer (home broadband) or MailPlus (mail only) customer you can delete the email account yourself if it's already added to your customer MyAccount. Managing your email in My Account
Otherwise, you can ask the TalkTalk Data Protection Office (DPO) team to carry out a deletion for you under your Right to erasure. Advice on the GDPR right to erasure
Bear in mind that the DPO team need sufficient proof of your identity and that you are the registered user of the homecall email address.
