Am I right in thinking that as part of my service from TalkTalk, I should be able to get a TalkTalk email address too? I can find the portal where I can log in to an existing one, but I can't seem to find how I create a new one to use?

Hi EssSay, unfortunately the ability to create a new email address was removed about 18 months - 2 years ago. We've got no expected date for it to return.
