I had an email from Talktalk (supposedly) to my talktalk,net email address- asking me to verify and open my email account- I didn't look too closely and followed the instructions and then today people have been contacting me sy they have had a scam email from my email address asking for money.  I have changed my email password and it is not the talktalk address which I log on to talktalk with -I use a gmail account for that. I have reported this email but now my talktalk email address does not seem to be working.

Can anyone help please??

FURTHER HELP! 

Help -not received any email since yesterday afternoon on my laptop, my phone or on webmail, Managed to send from webmail to both my addresses but nothing else. Thanks

To send a private message, you just need to click on Ady's name / image and it takes you to where you can send a PM, so not a text or email, @Rusty_2.

 

If you did that, he will pick it up from his profile inbox.

I was just thinking no-one was taking any notice, I got nowhere with Chat & no-one had helped yesterday

@Rusty_2, only follow up on this thread. Your duplicate has been removed. 

 

Staff have a lot to do when they come back after the weekend. 

 

They are on here Monday to Friday during the day.

It appeared to be from TalkTalk. Now I have no emails see above-have edited yesterday's post

Some emails are getting through but very few.  Hope we get it sorted soon. Had you had an email from TalkTalk asking you to verify your email???
