Fibre 65 not activated on Go Live Date- Kettering

I moved to Kettering from Manchester and placed the change home order back on 19th March. My go live date was 2nd of April. Received two initial texts from Openreach and TalkTalk confirming the go live date. 2nd of April has almost passed now. I have connected my router but it just blinks amber/ white and there is no internet. No message or email either from Openreach or TalkTalk.

Thank you! please get back to me soon. This is hampering a lot of things. I am not able to work from home despite having hybrid setting due to this and have to travel all the way to London everyday!

It appears that the order has been delayed. I'm looking into this further and I will post back here as soon as I have more information.

They say usually up to midnight on Go Live day, @Anwoy.

 

Please add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information for staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings etc. Remember to SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
