TalkTalk email saying my router is no longer supported with software and security updates

I received an email from TalkTalk on 20/03/2025 titled 'An update on your pricing and equipment'.

It said:
"We also need to inform you your router is no longer supported by the manufacturer with software and security updates. Your device is currently working and will continue delivering WiFi and service as normal. We continually monitor the security and performance of all devices, so you can keep using your equipment even though it will no longer be able to receive further automatic updates..."

Another customer on the Community also reported this and you sent them a replacement router. I am also concerned that my router now doesn't have security updates. My router is Huawei-HG633. Please can you send me a replacement router? Thank you!

See if your router is listed here.
