I recieve emails on my talk talk acc XXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS but cannot reply to them

Please NEVER post personal information details in the thread.
You need to complete your community forum profile details by going via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Further down, in Private Notes, add the relevant email address. Scroll down further still to find the blue button to SAVE CHANGES.
Forum staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
